As Store Manager, you drive this mission by leading a high-performing team that delivers memorable, personalized styling experiences. Position Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a floating management position requiring travel between various store locations in the Saskatoon area, depending on business needs.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of stylists under an empowering leadership style
- Drive key financial metrics including sales targets, conversion, and units per transaction
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding personalized customer service
- Create effective staff schedules to optimize floor coverage and client support
- Partner with visual merchandising leads to ensure presentation standards shine
- Provide management support across various store locations in Saskatoon, adapting to business needs and supporting store teams as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a retail store management role
- Strong passion for women’s fashion and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work retail floor hours, including evenings and weekends
- Flexibility to travel between various store locations in Saskatoon as required
