Payment methods and online notices
Pay through your financial institution, online banking or the City Hall main-floor cashier. Cheque or money-order payments can use the drop boxes; never put cash into a drop box. Allow three to four days for bank, mail or authorised-agent payments to reach the city.
MyProperty replaces My Utility Account. Use the personal access code on qualifying 2026 notices to register. Existing eBill customers need the new account for detailed online bills; residents keeping paper notices need take no action. The city will not request passwords, banking data or card details by email.

Two different payment plans
Equalized Payment Plan amounts are based on expected usage at the address. Bills show actual use, the plan amount and their difference. The account settles after 11 plan bills; this can produce a credit or a higher bill. The city may adjust the monthly amount earlier to limit a large settle-up.
Direct Debit withdraws the bill amount automatically, normally 21 days after the bill date, from a Canadian bank account. Credit cards and line-of-credit accounts cannot be used. Submit the form and void-cheque details, allowing two weeks for processing or bank changes. Outstanding bills still need payment. Contact Collections at 306-975-2405 about overdue balances; the stated monthly late charge is 1.5%.
